Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Set-Aside Desk service, operated by Musculini Assessoria (Pedro Henrique Musculini), Rua Espírito Santo, 1099, Água Verde, Curitiba, PR 80630-200, Brazil. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

We send you, by email, a weekly list of open federal contract opportunities that match the NAICS codes, set-aside types and locations you give us, and one proposal draft per month for an opportunity you choose from your list.

Independent service

Set-Aside Desk is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for SAM.gov, the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency. Opportunity data comes from public government sources. The official solicitation on SAM.gov always prevails over our summaries.

No guarantee of award

We work to make the lists complete and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every matching opportunity is included or that every detail is correct. Always check the full solicitation before bidding. Contract awards are decided by the agencies, and we do not guarantee that you will win any contract.

Proposal drafts

Drafts are a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing them, completing pricing, certifications, representations and past performance, checking compliance with the solicitation, and submitting the final proposal. We do not submit proposals on your behalf. Drafts are not legal or accounting advice.

Price, billing and cancellation

• The subscription costs US$ 97 per month, billed in advance through PayPal.
• It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime by replying to any email, writing to support@setasidedesk.com or canceling in PayPal. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep the service until the end of the period already paid.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies only from your next billing period after that notice.

Acceptable use

Lists and drafts are for your company's internal use. Please don't resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
