This policy explains what information Set-Aside Desk uses, where it comes from, and how you can stop hearing from us or ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Set-Aside Desk is operated by Musculini Assessoria (Pedro Henrique Musculini), Rua Espírito Santo, 1099, Água Verde, Curitiba, PR 80630-200, Brazil. For any privacy question, write to hello@setasidedesk.com.

Business contact information

We contact small businesses that sell, or can sell, to the federal government. To do that we only use information those businesses have chosen to publish:

• company name, website, business email, location, NAICS codes and certifications listed in the SBA's public Small Business Search;
• public contract opportunity and award data from SAM.gov and USAspending.gov.

We use it only to send a business a relevant offer about federal opportunities in its own industry. Each business receives a small number of messages, and every message explains how to stop receiving them.

Customers

When you request a sample or subscribe, we keep your name, email, company name, NAICS codes, certifications and service areas. We use them only to build and send your opportunity lists, write your proposal drafts and talk to you about the service. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Proposal drafts

Documents you send us to help write a proposal (capability statements, past performance) are used only for your drafts. We do not share them with anyone.

This website

This site has no forms, no advertising and no visitor tracking or analytics cookies. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent any information. We only share it with the providers we need to operate (email, hosting and payments). If you ask us to stop contacting you, we delete your details and keep only your email address on a suppression list, so you are never contacted again.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails with the word "unsubscribe", or by writing to hello@setasidedesk.com. We honor requests within 10 business days, usually the same day. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
